Memberships

If you live in Brander Gardens, Brookside, Ramsay Heights or Rhatigan Ridge (includes Terwillegar Park Estates and Terwillegar Heights), please consider supporting your community league by purchasing a Family Membership for 2009 – 2010. Neighbourhood-based programs such as the summer playground programs, our rinks, our community swim, our tennis courts and community halls exist because they are funded by your community league. Your contribution of $40.00 for an annual family membership is a vital piece of the funding pie. Remember that your membership fee gives you access to minor sports (hockey, soccer, basketball, softball), recreational programs at an affordable price and it’s a great way to meet your neighbours!

Not sure which community league you should belong to? Check out the breakdown of each greater Riverbend league by neighbourhood below (the Riverbend Area Map of Communities may be helpful) and contact the appropriate membership director; Or use the tool at maps.edmonton.ca. You may also send any questions about membership to the Riverbend Community League office. The office is located in the Riverbend Community Centre, 258 Rhatigan Road East (attached to Earl Buxton School).

Purchasing Memberships

Memberships expire annually on August 31. Memberships for 2009-2010 can be purchased in one of three ways:

1. At the Community League office during morning office hours.
2. Print the Membership Form available here (in HTML), and send with payment.
3. Buy a membership on-line through the EFCL website. (surcharges apply)

Memberships for Bookview, Oak Hills, Ogilvie Ridge, Riverbend and The Ridge may be purchased at the Riverbend Community Centre during office hours. Other community leagues listed (Greater Windermere, Hodgson and Terwillegar) must be contacted directly for league memberships.
