Tennis Courts on 53 Ave. beside Riverbend Junior High School

Tennis Court Access

Our tennis courts, located on 53rd Ave. beside Riverbend Junior High School, are available for drop-in use by Riverbend/Terwillegar area residents who are current community league members. If you would like to obtain access to the courts, please call 780-437-7108 or drop by the office in the Riverbend Community Centre (258 Rhatigan Road East) with your membership card. Members play at their own risk and assume the responsibility to lock the courts securely when they are done.

The north courts will be closed temporarily for court resurfacing in mid- to late June. The south courts are closed permanently due to the poor condition of the surface. The south courts are the future site of beach volleyball courts.

If you don’t have a community league membership card and would like to obtain one, please see the membership page. You may complete the application form on the site and mail in with payment or drop by the community league office in the Riverbend Community Centre during morning office hours (Mon-Fri, 8 am – 12:30 pm).  The cost for a family membership for one year (September 1 – August 31) is $40.00. A single membership is $30.00.
